We Answer Phone Calls!
It seems like such a basic thing – why do we even mention this? Because we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to get a real live person to speak to at an online store but it's not like that at Homelement. We actually regularly receive phone calls from customers asking questions or requesting parts from items bought from other stores since they cannot get hold of anybody at the place they purchased it from.
At Homelement, we answer all phone calls (and email, live chats, Facebook messages, etc) and we do encourage our customers to contact us, whether you have questions about products, prices, order updates, delivery issues, or just want to say hello. We do not outsource our customer service so please keep in mind we are only available by phone during our business hours at 9-5:30 EST M-F. If you need us outside those hours, you can leave us a message or email us directly at any time.
