I especially like the shelf above the headboard. It is large enough for books, a radio, glasses and other things good to keep handy. I like its metallic color, somewhat like pewter. My Tempurpedic mattress fits well. Altogether a good comfortable bed.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. I was a little weary of ordering such a large item that would be difficult to return if there were any problems. My husband was a bit challenged assembling it, but ended up doing a great job. I recommend this product.
