We called before buying this set and were told that "easy assembly" was required and that only the legs had to be put on the table and chairs. The chairs are completely unassembled when they arrive. There are literlly no screw holes predrilled into the seat and you have to assemble EVERY piece of each chair. The wood is MUCH darker than it appears in the photo - it's like a very dark mahogany look. [...]. Do not recommend.
Homelement.com Response: The chairs do need to be assembled. Some wooden seat chairs do not have pre-drilled holes since it uses self tapping screws.
