It is so easy to use! It lays down somewhat like a futon (so yes, when laying down it slides so the legs are under the middle in support!)Very attractive, STURDY, and easy to enjoy!

Look carefully at the photo of the couch and compare it to the photo of the chaise lounge. The feet are not centered under the chaise lounge like in the photo. If the back of the couch is folded down, there are no legs under the back to support it.
