Comments about Hillsdale Furniture Norwood Copper Back Swivel Bar Stool-Hillsdale:

We ordered 3 Hillsdale Norwood Swivel Bar stool last year. [...] We love the way they look. After couple months of use we saw some black stains on the carpet under the barstools. Later we found out that the black powder was falling when we swiveled the stool. When my husband(who is in great shape) leaned on the back of the stool the back cracked!? Bottom line is the design and the looks are beautiful but they are very poorly made. (Made in China)If I had to buy them again I would buy the stools made in USA which are solidly made. We also have dilemma if the black paint is lead free or not? We have a one year old crawling on the floors.
