The chairs are gorgeous and look better in person. These chairs are difficult to assemble and even more difficult when the hardware was missing from 3 out of 5 chairs. Instead of dealing with customer service we bought the missing parts from a hardware store. It is pretty hard to believe that 3 our of the 5 chairs were missing hardware! At the price of these chairs you would think they would give you EXTRA parts! Chairs are great.
