I placed this table in our formal living room. I like it very much once it was assembled. The table is "very heavy", which is good, means "more substance". I would reccommend at least 2 strong men to help you lift this table to be in the safer side. I'm petite person and was able to assemble it myself with the assistance of my son. The flaw in this table which is the reason why I give it a 4, is that, one of the drawer "track" on the upper right is not working properly. It makes the drawer wobble, other than that, the table is stunning and sturdy. It complements my contemporary living room.
