The Eastport Collection by Klaussner Home has the casual lines that suggest simplicity and relaxation. Softly rounded shapes and birch veneers receive a glazed light finish in the Eastport interpretation. And as the port name implies, this collection finds its home in unpretentious casual settings, even a vacation retreat. Victorian design elements with clean, simple lines and softly rounded shapes are at the heart of this collection. Moldings are generously proportioned and used to frame many of the pieces. Reeded posts, table and chair legs, and moldings accent pieces with a casual air. Ball finials top several posts. The rubbed finishes antique the appearance of each piece and show off more of the poplar and birch wood grains.

• Upward arched shaping of the panel headboard is reversed in the curvature of this bed's footboard creating visual interest.
• Turned and reeded posts are topped with carved ball finals. Generous moldings crown the crest rail of the headboard and top of the footboard. Similar moldings divide and frame panels in the headboard and footboard.
• Tapered bun feet.
• Antiqued and glazed eggshell while undercoat with a hand rubbing that reveals finish layers and wood graining.
